The struggle to lose weight is nothing new, but an exciting announcement could mean that the end is in sight. According to a recent peer-reviewed study conducted at the University of Scranton, green coffee bean extract could very well be the game changer people battling weight loss have been waiting for. In the study, conducted over a 22-week period, the average participant lost about 17 pounds without changing their diet at all.
